i don’t normally post glee, but this really spoke to me. Mercedes gets off like she has it so hard. Being black doesn’t exactly make a good reason for not getting a part when you’re in the glee club where everyone accepts you and love you. It doesn’t put you down at school because no one wants to seem racist and it certainly doesn’t make it harder to get into colleges who love diversity more than good grades. So maybe its just because you’re a bitch who expects everything to be handed to her. Rachel is 200% invested in the group, has worked her ass off to get everything she has and needs the part to get into college, plus the only hardships at school Mercedes has to deal with is feeling like shes too fat (which I have to say, it would do her a world of good to just drop a few, not because being fat isn’t beautiful but for her own health) and trying to decide which boy to choose. Rachel goes through constant bullying by not only people in the school but also by people in glee club, the one place where you’re supposed to be safe. She is also dealing with her heart being broken time and time again and her real mom just coming back into the picture. So while Mercedes goes on about her big “NO WEAVE” insecurities, maybe she can take a step back and realize that it isn’t all about her.
This person is so serious. Like I can’t. What the hell?
All of this is just no. No. No. No. Nooo.
And this is why I such an issue with Rachel stans. There are some who lovely and are able to not be so… stupid. But the vast majority of the ones I’ve encountered are exactly like this and it makes me want to set myself on fire.

The club (specifically Will) all know that if she doesn’t get her way in something, she’ll storm out or bitch or cover her mouth up with tape. So they’ve just given everything to her, so that don’t have to deal with all that.
That’s what Mercedes meant and she was dead on. Even in a situation where the judges knew that Mercedes deserved the role and did a better audition, and Rachel knew it, they still gave some bogus “let’s share” idea so that Rachel wouldn’t lose her shit yet again.
Doesn’t it look like Dianna is pointing at both Amber &Chord? Like she caught whatever they were doing &she’s pointing at them both but Chord is trynna play it off &ignore her while Amber is just laughing because they got caught.
Also it looks like Chord is about to start smiling or laughing because Dianna is being persistent….

I am seriously side-eyeing this new person on the Samcedes thread at gleeforum. IDK why but they seem really suspicious. The person is kind of wishy washy. One moment they are saying they like Samcedes and the next thing they are saying they don’t think they have much chemistry and comparing them to Fabrevans by saying Sam and Quinn had better chemistry. I have no problem with that but something about that person makes me take pause when they made that comment. The person is all over the place. Then she goes on to say that during Sam wasn’t look at Mercedes during Mercedes and Santana’s duet for RDMH but focusing all his attention at Santana. I assumed he was looking at both of them but mainly Mercedes. I find strange since you can hardly see Santana’s ass in the uniform but you can clearly see Mercedes’ assets in her animal print pants. Maybe I’m reading too much into things but I’m always suspicious of people who spend so much time saying negative things about a ship they supposedly ship. I have no problem with people critiquing a ship but IDK that person is really not rubbing me the right way.

This is a serious question because Amber is pretty much the vocal backbone for much of the Glee songs, especially the group numbers, and I have no idea what will happen when she leaves. It’s no secret that the glee fandom doesn’t appreciated Amber whatsoever but I don’t think they realize how instrumental her vocals are in a number of the songs sung on glee.
When some of the cast got sick and couldn’t perform during their concert tour last year, I wondered how affected would the show be if Amber couldn’t perform? I think they would still have the show but many of their songs wouldn’t have the same feel to it and it would be blatantly obvious how essential Amber is to their songs.
Out of all the cast, Amber has the most versatile voice. And she has this amazing ability to sing with anyone and compliment her voice with theirs, that’s why they seem to like to use her as vocal support for some people when they sing their solo parts. They need Amber and I have hard time picturing how they are going to carry on without her. In truth, what they are going to have to do is find someone who can do what Amber can do cause they will realize pretty quickly how important she is to the quality of their songs.
